These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the webshop ("Webshop") operated by Ben Baker ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Webshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Webshop. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Webshop or use any services.

1.1. By accessing the Webshop, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Products and Services
2.1. The Webshop offers a variety of products and services for sale.
2.2. While every effort has be made to faithfully represent the colours of posters, paintings, drawings and other items, their appearance on the site may vary from colours in reality due to the differences in computer/smartphone displays.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
2.4. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices for products and services are listed in Swedish Krona and are inclusive of 25% tax (posters) or 12% tax (other) unless otherwise stated. Tax is deducted at checkout for purchases made outside Europe. Please note that you are responsible for payment of any additional taxes and/or inport duties in your own country. Posters can be purchased directly on the site, but please contact the shop if you would like to purchase paintings, drawings and other items.
3.2. Payment for products and services is due at the time of purchase.
3.3. We accept payment with all major credit cards via Stripe (stripe.com). By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly; however, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4.2. There is no additional cost for delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We offer a 14 day return policy for products purchased from our Webshop. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact the shop before you make a return. Please send the item to:

5.2. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If processing takes longer we will contact you. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs to the shop are non-refundable. Please allow time for the refund to show up in your bank account.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that do not meet our return policy criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content included on the Webshop, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively "Content"), is the property of Ben Baker or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any Content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. In no event shall Ben Baker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Webshop.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gothenburg.
